2. Next is the interim period, getting everything ready for you to complete the purchase and to enable you to take possession of the property, on time and as smoothly as possible.
3. Finally there are the arrangements for completion and settling into your new home.

We can obtain quotes for the installation of items such as air conditioning, television systems, swimming pools, securtity systems and for building works such as patios and terraces, kitchens and bathrooms, exclusive offers on furnishing, electrical goods and interior design packages.
We coordinate the final days of the process leading up to completion and we provide personal asssitance at the signing of all documents etc. at the notary.
