Las Sierras del Desierto
2 and 3 bed modern apartments, fully furnished, in the Las Sierras Community, in the golf resort Desert Springs.
The apartments comprise of a large sitting-dining room with access to the balcony, a fully fitted kitchen and two or three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. There are also two bathrooms with showers.
The apartments have been fitted with modern appliances and have been recently decorated. The windows are double-glazed.
Each of these Properties comes fully furnished with A/C, ZERO maintenance fees, two-weeks worth of personal usage per annum and a Guaranteed Return On Investment (ROI) of 5% of the purchase price per annum for 10 years.
The properties are sold FREEHOLD, with a 10 year Management Contract in place with the developer of Desert Springs, who have a contractual obligation to market, manage and maintain the properties for commercial purposes and for their operational benefit.
