This villa features 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom. The property is designed for single-level living on the ground floor and is suitable for up to 4 people. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.

From the street, a pedestrian gate provides access to the fully enclosed plot. The swimming pool with sun terrace immediately catches your eye, offering a perfect place to relax in the sun or under a parasol.

Through the front door, you enter the spacious open-plan living and dining area. A comfortable seating area invites you to relax, watch the smart TV, read a book, or enjoy a conversation. Next to it is the bright dining area with direct access to the terrace, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living.

The kitchen is separated from the living area by a dining island with built-in storage. It is laid out in an L-shape and fully equipped with modern appliances, including an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a large fridge-freezer.

As mentioned, all living spaces are on the ground floor, except for the large rooftop terrace that extends over the entire living area. This terrace is accessed via a staircase on the side of the villa. On the rooftop, you will find a sink with hot and cold water, a washing machine neatly integrated into a cabinet, and a larger storage cupboard housing the heating system. The terrace is fitted with a pergola and furnished with a dining table and lounge set, while still offering ample space for sun loungers.
