Upon entering the villa, you'll find yourself in the bright central hall, which gives access to all rooms. The large glass sliding doors provide a view of the Andalusian patio, and the elegant staircase leads to the first floor.

The living-dining room has sliding doors leading to the patio and, on the other side, to a pergola-covered terrace. You also have access to the spacious kitchen equipped with all appliances. Through the utility room, next to the guest toilet, you return to the hall.

On the ground floor, there are 2 spacious double bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The staircase in the hall takes you to the first floor, which also features 2 double bedrooms and a second bathroom with a walk-in shower. From the landing with a mezzanine, you can access the large rooftop terrace overlooking the pool.

The covered terrace off the living room overlooks the lower-level pool and the beautifully landscaped garden surrounding it. Several steps lead you down through the garden to the terrace around the pool, where you can bask in the sun or relax under one of the parasols if you prefer shade.
