Welcome to NICLA Property Consultancy

NICLA is a dynamic and client orientated company that supports you in the purchase or sale of your Spanish property. NICLA also provides all services regarding the construction of your own Spanish villa. The subtitle 'Property Consultancy' actually explains everything about our service: NICLA finds the requested property or plot according to your wishes and guides you from A to Z.

NICLA is a member of the associations of certified Real Estate Agents GIPE (Spanish) and CEI (European). NICLA strives for an open and honest service where the client comes first. Through the website we keep you up-to-date with the property listings in Spain; resales as well as new developments. These listings range from an apartment, cortijo or chalet to a building plot, detached villa or bungalow. Digital information of all properties in the NICLA-site is available so it can be sent to you by e-mail. Besides the property listings this website contains a lot of information about all kinds of aspects that you will come across while buying or selling a property in Spain. There is a lot to think about, among other things, taxes, insurances, mortgages, etc. and we can guide you and provide the best possible advice. Of course, you can also ask NICLA any questions to ease your concerns.

In order to get  the best from your viewings in Spain and the possible purchase of your Spanish property, we advise you to read the Preparation section of this website. Also the Forum could be very helpful while all frequently asked questions will be in there and, of course, you can share your own questions and experiences.

Besides the personally guided viewings of the various properties, developments, building plots and/or NICLA's Sundalus Villas, NICLA also arranges everything during your stay in Spain and  the signing of the title deeds at the Spanish notary. We also support you with investments and rentals.

There are three phases to the process of buying your overseas property in Spain.

1. First comes the fun and exciting part - choosing the location, selecting the property and planning your future. This phase draws to a close when you sign the purchase contract.

2. Next is the interim period, getting everything ready for you to complete the purchase and to enable you to take possession of the property, on time and as smoothly as possible.

3. Finally there are the arrangements for completion and settling into your new home.

We coordinate the final days of the process leading up to completion and we provide personal asssitance at the signing of all documents etc. at the notary.
